The only way I've found so far, is to manually add all mods. The problem is that Vortex doesn't specifically start WOTC, only the main game. With Vortex you can easly activate/deactivate mods, and also manage the loading order of the mods. In this post I have explained how I manage the mods with Vortex. I also use this tool to download Steam Workshop mods I use Vortex for managing the mods (Vortex can be downloaded from the Nexus Mods site). The mods are both from Nexus and Steam Workshop.
